It’s okay to have a trash can bond fire and burn the spamway tapes and targeted cult propaganda designed to covert either the preacher, the engineer hippy, or the spcial ed teacher. Pile it up, lite it, and dance around the cleansing fire. Those antiquated methods are useless anyway in today’s multilevel network market.

I have a huge knot on my forehead from falling asleep on my desk in mid-browse when looking at LinkedIn profiles. Most of them are extremely boring and showcase zero personality or compelling attributes. Add an interesting story in your summary, have a video recommendation pop up in the first few seconds, or at the least tell people who you are, who you help, and how you help them so there is some direction for people when they land on your profile. Here’s what NOT to do (I get many of these each week): Connect with someone and, as soon as they accept your request, send them a sales message that begins, “I would like to take some of your time to tell you about our company.” In that short sentence, there are three reasons to make me unconnect with that person and reply with a nasty-gram. 1) Why do I care what you (the salesperson) want? 2) My time is precious and valuable. Why would I let you take it? 3) I don’t want to be told about anything, especially your company.

Revenue and total profit of the MLM company is thus largely generated from the pockets of participants within the MLM pyramid who are simultaneously both salespersons and consumers at once. Only an insignificantly small proportion of revenue and total profit is derived from non-participant retail consumers who are outside of the MLM participant pyramid. Many MLM companies will not disclose what percentage of its consumers are simultaneously their own participants. Quality of lead is everything. There are some great looking websites out there that look totally rocking, but we found that the quality of leads when we called them, were less than what you should expect in an MLM lead. Beautiful site, great looking logo, lousy leads.
